Fall 2026 leasing Information

Large Units (2–5-bedroom apartments)

We are excited to announce that two, three, four, and five-bedroom apartments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis starting January 24, 2026, at 10 a.m. in our community/study room.

What You Need and What to Expect:

Lease Signing Process

Leases will be signed via DocuSign using information gathered from a form distributed at 10 a.m. on January 24, 2026 to those in line, based on availability.

Required Information:

• Full name, email address, and cell phone number of all prospective tenants.

• A $500 deposit is required along with the completed form. Credit cards are accepted with a $15 processing fee.

Important Details:

• One person can represent the group. Space is limited, so we encourage keeping your group small while waiting.

• The DocuSign must be completed by Monday, January 26, 12 p.m.

One Bedroom Apartments

• The waitlist for the one-bedroom apartment opens on January 27, 2026, at 9 a.m. for in-person sign-ups. Phone calls and emails will be accepted starting at 11 a.m on January 27, 2026

• Interested parties may join the waitlist with a $100 deposit. Credit cards are accepted with a $3 processing fee.

• We will begin signing one-bedroom leases on or before February 02, 2026 from the waitlist.

Tours

• The One-Bedroom can be toured without an appointment starting January 2, 2026, Monday to Friday during office hours.

• The Two-Bedroom flat will be available for tours Monday to Friday starting January 2, 2026, during office hours.

We do not plan to offer in-person tours of our larger apartments. You can find virtual tours for all floor plans on our website.
